There are many benefits to

exercising before studying.

First and foremost, it will help to improve your focus and concentration. Lack of focus is one of the major issues faced by students, the distractions from inside can be controlled by exercising.

Secondly, it will help to increase your energy levels, which will make studying much easier.  After working out you feel energized, this is because exercise increases blood circulation to every part of the body and you feel energised.

Thirdly, it will help to improve your mood and overall well-being. A good mood will help you to enjoy your studying. And most importantly it will increase the speed of your studying. You will cover more portions than expected in real-time.

Finally, it will help to improve your memory and recall skills.

Remembering and recollecting is the most important thing you required in exams. Every process in your studying sessions is valued only if you recalled it on your exam day. Exercising will normally help you to increase your memory by connecting more neuron junctions and proper blood circulation.

So exercising on exam day will help you both ways.

So, if you want to maximize your studying experience, consider incorporating some regular exercise into your routine!

Be alert

Don't work out so hard before studying. Don't feel burned out after your exercise, you need more energy for studying than working out.

“Only do simple exercises” is a great way to avoid burnout, and it can help you stay motivated and focused on your fitness goals.

Simple exercises are typically those that use only your body weight or minimal equipment. This type of routine is perfect for beginners, as it doesn’t require any special training or equipment. I wouldn't advise gym exercises on exam days,

Do simple exercise at home itself, and don't waste too much time on that.

Simply performing simple exercises can help you burn calories, and improve your overall fitness level. By sticking to a routine that’s easy to follow, you.

Do that exercise at home itself, and don't spend too much time on it. Do simple exercises for 5-10 minutes that's enough.

And additionally on your Pomodoro breaks (check out the previous article here)

if you need to do some simple stretching or one simple exercise. This will boost your concentration for the next session.

Walking will also boost your concentration and improve your focus. A walk of 20 minutes on exam day will increase the performance of students on the study report is attached below check out.

What went wrong?? Importance of exam analysis

As we know examinations are an inevitable part of our education system. They might not be that much significant in long run. But it's necessary to clear the examinations for higher studies. Your exam scores don't reflect your subject knowledge. I have seen some students with deep subject knowledge fail in exams and some with mediocre subject knowledge passed the exams with minimal effort. See the difference is not the knowledge, it's how you appeared for the exam. The most crucial times in examinations are the time of examination those 2or 3 hours define your results. So that is why I am stressing the importance of post-analysis of exams.
